In the past 14 years Barnardo’s have significantly grown their headcount, volunteers and charity shops. Barnardo’s utilises Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) to rollout self service Human Resources and recruitment. The use of a complex Position structure was time consuming and restrictive and was preventing Barnardo’s from realising the benefits of their existing HCM Implementation. Barnardo’s tasked Claremont to undertake a review of the work structure, design and implement the technical components to ensure the HCM systems would support Barnardo’s growth going forward.
Following a business acquisition, an organisation which provides electronic payment solutions across Europe, was de-merged and became a corporation in its own right. The organisation had always used Oracle E-Business Suite for managing its Financials, Supply Chain, Procurement and HR, so it made sense for the organisation to stay with Oracle in order to preserve its business history and continue with current processes. The National Trust utilises Oracle E-Business Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Modules to manage its direct debit collection for its extensive membership base of 5.6 million members, as well as the management of donations from the wider public. Their in-house functional and technical delivery development team were finding it difficult to manage the amount of support and change work that was being directed at them. Claremont was seletected as their new partner for the delivery of DBA and Hosting for the CRM System.
Claremont seamlessly migrated PPL from their previous Tier 1 Oracle hosting provider to Claremont’s own Hosting environment. This included Managed Services for all DBA activities, patching, upgrades, back-ups and first-line product support. PPL moved due to slow, inflexible and costly service. This move helped PPL to save half a million pounds over three years and receive more responsive service.
