Whilst the Cloud infrastructure and database services elements are taken care of by Oracle, Claremont’s service encompasses the introduction of new features, fixing issues and support process management. Our Oracle Cloud Applications Managed Services are flexible, and customers can choose the services that they require to fit with their business needs.
Application Support. Claremont will fix incidents and answer user “how to” questions.
Customisations support. Claremont supports any customisations and interfaces, fixing issues and making changes to prevent their reoccurrence.
Change, Release and Test Management. Claremont ensures that customers understand what changes are being introduced with each new release of the software. Claremont will analyse, implement and perform training where required. We can also coordinate regression testing of the areas affected by updates, minimising test effort and business interruption.

Riverstone was facing the ongoing costs of maintaining an ageing Oracle E-business Release 11i system, as well as the potential costs and complexities in upgrading existing customisations to R12.
