Home Group implemented Oracle E-Business to underpin their Finance, Procurement, HR and Payroll processes in 2016-17, delivering significant savings to the organization in the form of process efficiencies. Home Group has forged a collaborative long-term relationship with Claremont effectively acting as an extension to the in-house team. With Claremont’s expert help, Home Group has been able both to ensure the smooth running of key business processes, but also to make enhancements to the solution when required to meet business or legislative requirements.

Claremont partnered with King's College London to migrate its Oracle databases from an end of life system.  Claremont provided experienced  Oracle Database Administrators across HR and Payroll stabilising and proactively managing the system while reducing their costs.

Arqiva a leading UK communications infrastructure company using Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to manage its payroll for employees and pensioners. Their Managed Service contract was ending imminently, and they required a provider who could design a new payroll process to support both legislative and business change as well as undertake their EBS Managed Service.

In the past 14 years Barnardo’s have significantly grown their headcount, volunteers and charity shops. Barnardo’s utilises Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) to rollout self service Human Resources and recruitment. The use of a complex Position structure was time consuming and restrictive and was preventing Barnardo’s from realising the benefits of their existing HCM Implementation. Barnardo’s tasked Claremont to undertake a review of the work structure, design and implement the technical components to ensure the HCM systems would support Barnardo’s growth going forward.
