Barnardo's Implements Oracle Human Capital Management
In the past 14 years Barnardo’s have significantly grown their headcount, volunteers and charity shops. Barnardo’s utilises Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) to rollout self service Human Resources and recruitment. The use of a complex Position structure was time consuming and restrictive and was preventing Barnardo’s from realising the benefits of their existing HCM Implementation. Delivering Effective Service Management To Aculab
Aculab utilises the Oracle E-Business Suite as a true Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system within their business. Their previous Oracle DBA supplier was failing to meet SLA’s and aspects of the service had deteriorated, so Claremont was effectively given just 10 days to take over Aculab’s Oracle DBA Services. The transition was completed smoothly and without any impact on support systems with Claremont’s proactive services identifying and addressing a number of long-standing performance related issues.
The European Bank Safeguards its Oracle Applications with Claremont's Security Solution
The EBRD makes extensive use of Oracle technology for its three hundred separate databases. A security audit identified that changes were required to ensure these Oracle systems were kept secure. Claremont designed and implemented a solution that would connect all ERBD’s Oracle databases to its corporate identity solution – Microsoft Active Directory (AD) – where its users’ network logons were stored. This would ensure that Oracle users were authenticated against AD, password maintenance was enforced, and each user required only one username and password for multiple applications.
