SITS: Vision is Tribal’s market-leading application for higher education (HE) institutions to manage the student journey. This Student Information System supports recruitment and admissions, administration, student support and retention to outcomes.

Universities and other HE organisations rely on SITS: Vision to help collect, manage, analyse and act on student data. Over 140 institutions across 5 continents use SITS: Vision, including over 60% of UK HE organisations and 12 of the 24 UK Russell Group of Universities.

The Oracle database is a popular choice to store and manage SITS: Vision data. As with all enterprise database management systems, Oracle needs proper support and management to ensure the ongoing availability, performance and security of the SITS: Vision application. As such, Claremont delivers DBA support for our customers as part of our wider DBA Managed Services. Regardless of whether the customer has Oracle expertise or wishes for their Oracle DBAs to focus on other activities, Claremont delivers SITS: Vision Oracle support in partnership with our customers to provide a reactive and proactive support service. ​​​​​
