When I woke up this morning, I thought WHO not WHAT

I thought of Payroll Managers (Shelagh, Sue and Marie) preparing for month end, for issues of BEE or RTI or BACS submission. I thought of Recruitment Managers (Ian) finalising Role Profiles, creating Vacancies and having those succinctly presented on their award winning Recruitment site. I thought of System Administrators (Ben and Stephen) trying to track missing or stuck Workflow transactions. I thought of end users, keen to submit their holiday requests time and expenses on-the-go via email or mobile Apps.

When I woke up this morning, I came to work at Claremont HCM Managed Service where we support the People as well as their systems. There are a whole host of companies offering to maintain your system, applying patches and reacting to issues as they occur. However, it takes a certain aptitude and passion to truly understand your customers and end users, anticipating their needs, appreciating their desires and working with them to make their day just a little bit better.
