Heather Robb | Chief Digital Officer | The City of Edinburgh Council
Heather is a highly accomplished, digital leader with over 20 years’ experience in technology. She is currently responsible for all aspects of technology policy and delivery, strategy development, governance and cyber security for The City of Edinburgh Council. Heather is the lead on Connectivity as part of the Smart Cities Programme and is leading on the creation of a new Information Strategy for the Council. Technology exists to support the business and she strongly believes that collaboration between the business and ICT Service is essential to the success of the digital transformation.
Mark Vivian | CEO | Claremont
Mark has more than 20 years of experience working with Oracle enterprise applications. His role as CEO at Claremont has overseen a strategic shift in the business from a pure-play consultancy to a Managed Services Provider. Mark is focused on helping customers deliver real business value from their investment in Oracle technology.

Andrew Coyle | Managing Director | Arcivate
Andrew has over 30 years of experience in document-driven business process solutions to enable digital transformation.
Andrew initiated a development program to build SaaS automated invoice processing solution Mi Invoices. This has resulted in Arcivate becoming a leading ISV, delivering advanced automated invoice processing software into the Oracle Marketplace
