Jonathan has extensive experience with Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Technology, having delivered Oracle-based solutions for over 25 years.
His approach has always been to deliver services with a strong emphasis on attention to detail, proactivity and integrity, which has been core to his current role developing and building Claremont's delivery practice. Claremont has a significant Professional Services and Managed Services customer base, delivering a wide range of Oracle services, from cloud hosting to functional support, and consistently enjoys high customer satisfaction ratings.
Don O’Sullivan | Head of Information Systems | Shannon Group
Don has worked in IT for more than 30 years in the service and manufacturing industries. Starting as a Systems Operator (IBM), he has a broad range of experience covering infrastructure support, programming, project management, and department management. As Head of Information Systems at Shannon Group, Don leads a team of infrastructure, application, and security analysts, heading up the IS support service and development across the Airport, Heritage, and Commercial Properties divisions of the Group.
Mike Sowerbutts | Infrastructure Lead | Claremont
As Infrastructure Lead at Claremont Mike has a wide variety of responsibilities. His main responsibility at Claremont is to ensure the smooth delivery of Infrastructure support to customers, including managing the Infrastructure delivery team and playing a technical role in delivering both day to day support and significant project work including platform migrations, upgrades and more! Alongside this, he manages the Claremont Cloud hosting platform, including supplier management of 3rd party data centre providers, hardware/resource capacity and availability of the platform. Claremont Cloud continues to grow and hosts a number of large-scale customer systems across multiple UK-based sites.
