The Role

We are looking for a number of additional resources to join a new team at Claremont. This team will sit between our existing Service Desk function and the existing HCM and Financials Delivery teams that support our customers.

The responsibilities of this role are:

  • Manage the triage of tickets from the Service Desk
  • Maintenance of Claremont knowledge base
  • Analyse and resolve user problems
  • Route tickets to existing HCM and Financials Delivery teams where appropriate

The successful candidate will liaise directly with our customers to deliver good service and work effectively with our existing Delivery teams. This role is a development opportunity and will expand and progress with the candidate’s own development. This would suit someone who is keen to learn how Oracle applications work and expand their business process knowledge. Claremont are keen to develop successful individuals such that they can progress into our established Delivery teams when the opportunity arises.

Your Experience and Skills

We are looking for people that have two or more years’ experience working in a professional environment with good business knowledge from working in either:

  • HR/Payroll
  • Finance/Accounting
  • Purchasing/Procurement
  • IT Customer Service/Helpdesk environment

The successful candidate will have good customer (internal or external) management skills and good IT skills. The candidate should have a willingness to learn technical skills.

Basic or end user knowledge of any the following would be advantageous:

  • Oracle eBusiness Suite (Any of HCM, FINS, Procurement modules)
  • Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
  • Service Now / ITIL
