The Claremont 2021 Review of the Year

As we embark on a new year, I’d like to take this opportunity to send a personal “thank you” to all of Claremont’s clients and partners for their continued custom and support during 2021.

We’ve enjoyed an extremely successful twelve months against the backdrop of the continuing global pandemic; growing and extending existing long-term relationships with current customers and welcoming new customers to our growing portfolio. 

 

We’ve been very busy in the last year. 

Our award-winning Managed Services and Cloud Hosting teams have closed:

  • 5,817 Incidents
  • 78 Problems 
  • 215 Changes

We also successfully delivered eight Oracle E-Business R12.2 upgrades as we approached the end of Premier Support for R12.1. Despite this and more, we continued to raise the bar on the quality of service, reaching all-time customer satisfaction highs in no less than four months of the year.

 

It’s great people that deliver great service. We continue to strive to create the very best working environment for our extremely talented team, to which we have added some excellent new hires in the last year, and looking to seek new talent in 2022.

We’ve built on our Investors in People Platinum accreditation late in 2020 with a number of other people-related awards in 2021:

We finished off the year by recording an independently assessed “world-class” 93% employee Net Promoter Score! 

Corporate social responsibility is important to us too. I’m delighted that through various initiatives, Claremont supported 35 different national and local charities in 2021 with donations totalling nearly £6,000. 

As CEO of Claremont, I’m immensely proud to be part of an organisation that continues to drive excellence within the industry for both our clients and employees. 

Going forwards, we’re looking to continue to improve and expand the services that we provide to our customers this year and beyond.

Wishing you all a healthy, happy and - hopefully as we start to emerge from the COVID-19 pandemic – a more “normal” 2022.
