Over the years, Claremont has worked with many customers in the private sector across many industry verticals, including: Financial Services, Food & Beverage, Higher Education, High Tech, Professional Services, Retail, Telecommunications, Travel & Transport and Manufacturing.
Across these verticals, we’ve assimilated the particular challenges that businesses face, and helped them to get the most out of their investment in Oracle’s technology, E-Business Suite and Cloud Applications, delivering value back to shareholders.
We deliver first-class services at affordable prices and are an organisation that's easy to do business with. This focus on service excellence, coupled with our deep expertise and agility, makes us a refreshing alternative to the large systems integrators.
Through our experience, we have developed industry-specific offerings. For example, we have been shortlisted for UKOUG Partner of the Year Partner of the Year Industry award for the last two years for our work in Travel & Transport, based on our experience of implementing and supporting solutions for the rail franchise companies.
“Claremont has been a breath of fresh air. They are professional, helpful and friendly people, a real differentiator.”
Andy Wren, IT Director, Angel Trains.
“We chose Claremont as they help and encourage in-house learning which strengthens our team. They also provide a very flexible model which has saved us a lot of money which can then be re-invested back into our business to help our end-customers.”
Kelly Lord, IS Supplier Relationship Manager, Home Group.
“We were delighted with Claremont’s Oracle E-Business expertise and delivery capability, and the way that they worked collaboratively with other partners to deliver the solution.”
Jeremy Elhers, Chief Information Officer, Unite Students.
Some Of Our Case Studies
Claremont and PPL - The Sound of a Smooth Migration
Claremont seamlessly migrated PPL from their previous Tier 1 Oracle hosting provider to Claremont’s own Hosting environment. This included Managed Services for all DBA activities, patching, upgrades, back-ups and first-line product support. PPL moved due to slow, inflexible and costly service. This move helped PPL to save half a million pounds over three years and receive more responsive service.
Claremont Leads Riverstone to Oracle ERP Cloud
Riverstone was facing the ongoing costs of maintaining an ageing Oracle E-business Release 11i system, as well as the potential costs and complexities in upgrading existing customisations to R12. Riverstone made the decision to implement ERP Cloud and commissioned Claremont who undertook the implementation. Within six months, Riverstone’s ERP operations had moved from Oracle E-Business Suite to a new, future-proofed, robust and scalable, cloud-based system.
