Our DBAs will work remotely to review the current database health and patch level, while also setting up our monitoring system that will alert on various key areas for the database and report any alerts it generates. This will include a 24/7 alerting system for any Priority 1 issues, to ensure any outages are kept to a minimum. 

Claremont will regularly review updates from Oracle on security and performance recommendations and update the customer on the best approach to apply these to the Oracle Database. 

Claremont will provide a monthly service review reports where key metrics are reported on with recommendations on patching.
