Claremont consultants are all senior consultants with 20+ years’ experience, with the expertise to perform an in-depth and thorough health check with a high degree of understanding of customers' IT systems.
Our health checks are typically performed on-site at the customer’s offices, although it can, in some instances, also be performed remotely. We work closely with each customer, enabling us to really understand at a high level the architecture and system configuration.
With this understanding, the Claremont consultant can run scripts to capture information from the customer system, allowing them to identify specific areas of concern and root causes, which are then shared directly with the customer, whilst on-site.
Following this, we provide a fully detailed report of the health check, including what checks were performed, the issues found and, where relevant, corrective action recommended.
