We are delighted to announce that Investors in People has awarded Claremont the Investors in People Platinum standard.
Investors in People recognises those companies who demonstrate the very highest standards in people management, from recruiting, through to supporting, developing, managing and recognising its employees. The IIP standards are internationally recognised accreditations held by 15,000 organisations across the world.
Personnel Innovation
Claremont had held the IIP Gold standard since 2011, the accreditation having been reassessed every three years. This year, however, we have achieved the very highest standard available, IIP Platinum, an accreditation which is awarded to only the top 2% of the companies assessed. To achieve the Platinum standard, organisations must demonstrate ‘high performance’ in at least seven of the nine assessment indicators, covering all areas of people management including Leading & Inspiring People, Empowering & Involving People, Delivering Continuous Improvement & Creating Sustainable Success.

As well as looking after our own people, one of our key values is Social Responsibility. Claremont is involved in supporting the local community in many ways, from our regular monthly payday donations to charities chosen by our team and fundraising activities, to the giving of time – with the whole company participating (pre Covid) in a community volunteer project.

Claremont has been on an amazing journey over the years and this external recognition of our great achievements in the form of the IIP Platinum accreditation is the icing on the cake.
