Delivering Effective Service Management To Aculab
Aculab utilises the Oracle E-Business Suite as a true Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system within their business. Their previous Oracle DBA supplier was failing to meet SLA’s and aspects of the service had deteriorated, so Claremont was effectively given just 10 days to take over Aculab’s Oracle DBA Services.
