Partnering with your technology
The Oracle product family is vast and complex, requiring a wide variety of specialist skills to ensure that you get the very best benefit out of your investment.
We work in long-term partnership with our customers to augment their Information Technology teams. We have assembled a highly skilled and experienced team in many facets of the technology to ensure that we can be your “one stop shop” trusted Oracle partner.
We’re there to help you to implement new products and features, upgrade your software, carry out business as usual support, and help with Oracle licensing.
More than that, we will work proactively with you to tell you about new products and features, when your software needs upgrading, advise as to how we improve use of the system to avoid Incidents being raised, and tell you if we are aware of any licensing issues you may encounter.
We’re always striving to come up with innovative solutions for our customers, whether it be the creation of Claremont Cloud for infrastructure cloud, our unique approach to R12.2 upgrades or our Property Manager solution for IFRS16.
Some Of Our Case Studies
Delivering Effective Service Management To Aculab
Aculab utilises the Oracle E-Business Suite as a true Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system within their business. Their previous Oracle DBA supplier was failing to meet SLA’s and aspects of the service had deteriorated, so Claremont was effectively given just 10 days to take over Aculab’s Oracle DBA Services. The transition was completed smoothly and without any impact on support systems with Claremont’s proactive services identifying and addressing a number of long-standing performance related issues.
Electronic Payments Provider Transitions Oracle E-Business Suite to Claremont Cloud
Following a business acquisition, an organisation which provides electronic payment solutions across Europe, was de-merged and became a corporation in its own right. The organisation had always used Oracle E-Business Suite for managing its Financials, Supply Chain, Procurement and HR, so it made sense for the organisation to stay with Oracle in order to preserve its business history and continue with current processes. Find out how Claremont assisted the organisation with the transition of the Oracle systems to its Claremont Cloud for hosting and support.
Moving Oracle on-premise applications to the Claremont Cloud™ provides organisations with the flexibility to tackle challenges around operational efficiency, functionality and speed.
Premier Support for Oracle E-Business R12.1 expires at the end of 2021. Organisations are therefore required to upgrade to R12.2 to continue benefiting from Oracle support until 2030.
