Unite Students HR Case Study

Unite Students is the UK’s leading manager and developer of student accommodation. Unite Students chose to work with Claremont to deliver the first stage of their Employee and Manager Self-Service project. This was part of a wider strategic programme that involved the expansion of Oracle’s R12 E-Business Suite to support a number of key business processes to provide self-service functionality to employees and managers with the ambition of providing the capability to manage much of the employee data at source.

Barnardo's Implements Oracle Human Capital Management

In the past 14 years Barnardo’s have significantly grown their headcount, volunteers and charity shops. Barnardo’s utilises Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) to rollout self service Human Resources and recruitment. The use of a complex Position structure was time consuming and restrictive and was preventing Barnardo’s from realising the benefits of their existing HCM Implementation. Barnardo’s tasked Claremont to undertake a review of the work structure, design and implement the technical components to ensure the HCM systems would support Barnardo’s growth going forward.
