Leading the way with Oracle Finance and Procurement
Many organisations are facing the challenge of working with an Oracle Financials and Procurement solution that was implemented some years ago. Your business has moved on, and perhaps the system no longer supports your current business practices.
Claremont has the experience and expertise to help you get the most out of your investment in Oracle Finance and Procurement software. We can help you to optimise your processes through better use of product features, for example using Advanced Collections to improve supplier relationships and cash flow.
We implement trusted complementary third-party products to enhance areas such as in situ chart of account changes, payables invoice automation and finance reporting.
We can help you to leverage the Oracle software to ensure that the accounting required for IFRS16 compliance is done within the system.
Some Of Our Case Studies
Claremont and PPL - The Sound of a Smooth Migration
Claremont seamlessly migrated PPL from their previous Tier 1 Oracle hosting provider to Claremont’s own Hosting environment. This included Managed Services for all DBA activities, patching, upgrades, back-ups and first-line product support. PPL moved due to slow, inflexible and costly service. This move helped PPL to save half a million pounds over three years and receive more responsive service.
Claremont Leads Riverstone to Oracle ERP Cloud
Riverstone was facing the ongoing costs of maintaining an ageing Oracle E-business Release 11i system, as well as the potential costs and complexities in upgrading existing customisations to R12. Riverstone made the decision to implement ERP Cloud and commissioned Claremont who undertook the implementation. Within six months, Riverstone’s ERP operations had moved from Oracle E-Business Suite to a new, future-proofed, robust and scalable, cloud-based system.
Computer systems are created, used, and decommissioned. With records needing to be retained for legislative purposes, Claremont provides a cost-effective and future-proof archiving solution.
