Martin O'Rourke | Head of HCM

Martin’s experience includes a 13-year stint at Oracle, before joining Claremont in 2014. Head of HCM at Claremont, Martin is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of ITIL based Managed Services to a range of Oracle HCM customers for Claremont. Martin is also a data migration expert as well as being an upgrade and integration specialist.

Ceri has over 23 years of Oracle experience, including 16 within Oracle HCM and Payroll (11, 12.1 and 12.2). He has worked with a wide range of supporting Oracle technologies, including the planning and execution of Oracle's roadmaps to help businesses maximise their Oracle investment.

Ed Waller | Oracle HCM Functional Consultant

Ed has 9 years’ experience working with Oracle HCM across 12.1.3 and 12.2.X. Ed is an experienced functional consultant who works with HR, Payroll, Learning Management, iRecruitment, Time and Labor and Compensation Workbench. Ed works with clients to support their existing Oracle applications and also to implement new functionality to maximise the benefit of clients’ investment in Oracle.

Mark Stroud | Oracle HCM Consultant

Mark is a very experienced Oracle Technical and Functional Consultant who has specialised in Oracle HCM and Payroll since 2000. His background comes from working with end-user organisations as well as managed service providers which has given him a great deal of exposure to Oracle HCM systems, clients, users and projects.

Adrian Biddulph | Oracle Managed Services Lead
