As we start a New Year, I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank our clients for their continued custom and support during 2019.
I’m happy to report that Claremont has gone from strength to strength during this time. We are equally delighted to have been able to extend existing long-term relationships with current customers and expand our portfolio by delivering services to new customers. The increased demand has led to the growth of our very talented team, with excellent hires, and at the same time, no staff turnover.
For the fourth year running, we were honoured to collect a clutch of UKOUG Partner of the Year awards. These awards are particularly cherished by the team, because they are voted for by our customers.
Earlier in the year, we received the accolade of “Best of the Best” by SPI Research for a top-performing professional services company. From a field of over 600 companies globally, Claremont was judged to excel across five critical service performance dimensions: Leadership, Client Relationships, Human Capital alignment, Service Execution, and Finance & Operations. The Best-of-the-Best recognition is significant because it measures organisations on both financial results and on leadership metrics to reveal exceptional, holistic performance.
Great people deliver great service. We are proud to have retained our Investors in People Gold status for the last 8 years, in recognition of our efforts to provide an outstanding working environment. Last month also saw us voted as one of the Top 10 UK companies to work for by Perkbox, based on the provision and creation of a healthy work / life balance philosophy.
As CEO of Claremont, I’m honoured to represent a company that continues to drive excellence within the industry, not just for our clients, but also for our employees.
Wishing you all a happy, healthy and prosperous 2020.
