Hermes

Hermes is a browser-based project support tool developed by Claremont to help us better manage projects and track deliverables. It is used to help teams work efficiently and productively and thus helps ensure projects are delivered to a high standard.

Hermes is free for Claremont customers and is used as part of our consulting frameworks through the following project phases:

  • Inception
    Hermes is setup with details of the project team, implementation methodology, business processes and project milestones
  • Definition
    Requirements are stored in Hermes, prioritised and grouped by business process. Reports are run to identify misplaced requirements
  • Design
    Hermes tracks documents, issues and gap hierarchies and assigns team members as required
  • Deploy
    Hermes tracks all objects and their dependencies and simplifies the migration of custom objects between instances
  • Support
    When the system is live, Hermes will assess patch applications to Oracle E-Business Suite and the consequences for custom objects of applying the patches
  • Reporting
    Hermes includes many standard reports and further reports can be easily created by linking Excel to Hermes
