Our Story

About Claremont

Founded in 2004, Claremont is a UK leading Oracle Applications Managed Services Provider.

In May 2022, the company started a new chapter in its history following the acquisition by DSP-Explorer, an Enterprise Database Management specialist that delivers managed and professional services for Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server and Multi-Cloud technologies.

Where DSP-Explorer is traditionally known for its strength in core database and public cloud infrastructure, Claremont has garnered a reputation for delivering world-class Oracle Applications managed services, private cloud infrastructure and consultancy. In an industry where both skills and experience are in high demand, such a merger allows both organisations to offer a wider variety of complementary services to our customers, whether they are on a journey to the cloud or in the cloud, have on-premise application workloads, or hybrid models.

Both companies share similar cultural values, especially those of responsiveness and customer success. As a result, we enjoy long-term business relationships with customers, who want to maximise their investment in IT technology in order to achieve tangibly improved business outcomes.

Claremont has two office locations in the UK: Newcastle-upon-Tyne and Guildford. The majority of our team are home-based delivery consultants providing remote services, who are also able to provide on-site coverage across the whole of the UK where necessary.

Claremont’s team is comprised of highly experienced and talented Oracle practitioners, providing specialist services across the Oracle Applications technology stack. We have a strong focus on delivery excellence and great customer service, living by this and the other elements of our ethos on a day-to-day basis.
