Claremont has a highly experienced management team, a consulting team that contains some of the most knowledgeable analysts and technicians in the Oracle market and a back office accounts and administration team that prides itself on being recognised for providing exceptional service to employees, clients and suppliers alike.

The Management Team:

Steve Crosby

Steve Crosby is Claremont's Managing Director. With over 15 years of experience working within the Oracle services market, Steve has an enviable track record in sales delivery and account management, building lasting relationships with many of Oracle's largest customers. With a long history in both consulting and license sales, Steve plays a key role supporting the development of Claremont's Consultancy and Managed Services practices while also managing the company's direct sales team.  Steve continues to work closely with a number of Claremont’s key customers.

David Golding

David Golding is Claremont’s Consultancy Director.  David has over 20 years consultancy management experience successfully building consultancy businesses, developing and managing key clients, advising executives on strategic direction and then delivering long-term business and IT change programmes. Prior to joining Claremont, David was Practice Director at Fulcrum Solutions, a Director at Edenbrook and subsequently, following their merger, at Hitachi Consulting.

Richard MacInnes-Manby

A co-founder of Premiertec, Richard MacInnes-Manby is now a Director and Managing Consultant at Claremont. A Cambridge graduate with a background in manufacturing and Sales Management, Richard joined Oracle Consulting in 1999, specialising in the deployment of their CRM software. As a Principal Consultant, Richard pioneered the use of Oracle Service in the Public Sector with the Local Government Call Centre and Multi Agency Framework fast forward solutions; he later became Solution Architect for a large Pan-European deployment of Oracle's Lease Contracts functionality.

An acknowledged thought leader in the Leasing, CRM and Finance spaces Richard's varied roles at Claremont have seen him architect solutions and manage large teams for a number of global corporations as well as leading a number of large scale data migration initiatives.

Roly Miles

A co-founder of Premiertec, Roly Miles is now a Director and Managing Consultant at Claremont. Joining Oracle as a Senior Functional Consultant in 1998 Roly has 13 years of experience implementing and customising Oracle Applications. Specialising in Lease & Service Contracts, CRM and Projects as well as Oracle's financial applications Roly has built up an unrivalled knowledge across a range of industries. At Claremont, Roly has led pre-sales and consulting engagements and leveraged his experience as a Solution Architect to use Oracle's Property Management and Enterprise Asset Management products to create a set of packaged Estate Management solutions. A key figure driving Claremont’s partnership with Oracle, Roly still spends the majority of his time with our customers leading teams to successfully design and deliver complex solutions.

Ian Monaghan

A co-founder of Premiertec, Ian Monaghan is now a Director and Managing Consultant at Claremont. CIMA qualified, Ian has a 13 year track record within the Oracle market which started in 1998 when he joined Oracle Consulting as a functional consultant. Over 7 years working at Oracle, Ian implemented a wide range of solutions for organisations across a wide range of industries. A Principal Consultant and a knowledge leader for Oracle's Financials, Lease & Service Contracts and Estate Management products, Ian has been invited to present papers at numerous Oracle conferences. Ian's work at Claremont sees him filling a wide range of roles from Solution Architect to Team Lead or Project Manager.

Jonathan Stuart

Jonathan Stuart is Claremont’s Managed Services Director.  Previously Jonathan worked for Oracle Consulting as a Senior Consultant specialising in Oracle E-Business Suite technology. After leaving Oracle, Jonathan co-founded Comstar, a specialist provider of both consulting and support services. He subsequently joined Edenbrook, initially building and leading their Oracle DBA team, and then joining the management team that built Edenbrook's Managed Services practice. Following the acquisition of Edenbrook by Hitachi Consulting, Jonathan became Pre-Sales Director for Hitachi’s Oracle practice. Jonathan has also developed the DataLoad product, which has become the de facto tool for end users to take control of loading their data in to Oracle E-Business Suite.

Mark Vivian

Mark Vivian is Claremont's Operations Director.  Mark has over 20 years of experience of working in the Oracle services marketplace. Following an early career as an Oracle technical consultant, he joined Oracle Consulting, successfully project managing and team leading a number of large Oracle Applications implementations, a role that he subsequently continued at Fulcrum Solutions. In 2001, Mark joined Edenbrook, where he was part of the management team that set up the Oracle E-Business consultancy, founded and grew the Managed Services capability, and led the Oracle Business Solutions group up to acquisition by Hitachi Consulting. Following this, Mark was Vice President for Oracle Business Solutions and Testing.

Louise Ryan-Smith

Louise is Claremont's Group Finance Manager. After graduating with a First Class Honours degree, Louise joined Ernst and Young in 1993, and trained in audit and accounts, where her portfolio included large multinational companies, public sector organisations, as well as a variety of SMEs. She qualified as a member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) and is now a Fellow. In 2000 she began working on a self-employed basis specialising in setting up management accounting systems in SMEs. She is responsible for the finance, accounting and administrative functions of the business.
